Our Mission

Our goal is to see flourishing people & flourishing landscapes.  

We want to put more pasture-raised bison on the landscape, while providing superior protein snacks for your next venture outdoors.

We spent two years refining our recipes before introducing Ranger Bison at our local Farmers Market. The overwhelmingly positive response confirmed our belief in the quality of our product and the demand for a better jerky snack.

Our simple spice mixes and lean, protein-dense bison (27+ grams of protein per serving) is easier to chew and better tasting than any other bison jerky you'll find.
